Are you unhappy?  Do you find yourself constantly complaining to your friends about someone who hurt you in the past?  Do you notice you are continually irritated, short-tempered, and impatient? Are you always looking at what others do wrong? Do you find yourself being argumentative with loved ones and friends? Are your relationships broken, and constantly falling apart? Do you find that your children never do anything right? I suppose the next question I have for you is, when is it going to be enough? When you get to the point where you throw your hands up and say wait a minute something is terribly wrong, why am I so miserable? When I was born I didn’t sign up for the miserable life club when did I say this was okay, because it’s not!

You are absolutely right! If you answered yes to most of the questions above, I have good news for you friend.  God has a plan for your life, and it’s to live free and filled with hope.  Choose to live free, because that is what is available to you from your heavenly father.  If you think you have to change everyone in your life so you can be happy I am sorry to tell you, that will never happen. Victory begins with a choice to turn towards God, and then His love changes you!

You’ll find that all of the sudden  your hunger that you thought was for other’s love and approval, was actually a hunger for God’s love. When you make that first step towards Him, grace and mercy follow you! Whether it’s getting on your hands and knees and crying out to God, or entering a church for the first time or even returning, or joining a bible study there is no wrong way of turning towards God! His hands are always open to you, you just need to look up and grab a hold of what He has for you, life and life more abundantly!  Believe Him for it!
